Meet Our Experienced and Caring Team
Genevieve Mar entered the financial services industry more than 25 years ago when she moved to the United States after working in a highly successful global business. She enjoys the long-term relationships she has built with her clients over the years. Since Genevieve is affiliated with an independent brokerage firm, she faces no pressure to sell in-house investments. She can pick and choose appropriate investments for each client’s portfolio based on their best interests.
Born in the Philippines, she came to Canada at age 13 for high school, graduated from the University of British Columbia, and earned an MBA in finance. She studied biochemistry at the University of British Columbia. After graduation, she helped negotiate business contracts and resolve management issues while working in the major business centers of Hong Kong, Tokyo, Singapore, Taipei, Europe and America.
Fluent in English, Tagalog and two Chinese dialects, she has helped people of many different cultures. She devotes her time and talents to her church and children’s schools.

Gail Kaczmarowski has worked in the financial industry for more than 4 years. At M-G Financial, she works with clients on family wealth accumulation, protection and tax planning. She is a Certified Public Accountant; multi-state licensed to offer securities; and multi-state licensed to sell annuities, health and life insurance. She earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Illinois Wesleyan University.
She is dedicated to helping her clients live their lives to the fullest. She engages with clients in an energetic, curious, honest and empathetic way, putting them at ease as they work through financial matters. Her favorite advice is: Never let a struggle define you. Let it refine you. She reminds clients of this wisdom as they overcome obstacles and pursue their goals.
In her free time, Gail enjoys spending time with her family. Favorite hobbies include baking, traveling and exploring new places, playing board games and escape rooms.
